I have a V. Is there a simple bulb or kit upgrade for the foglights.
My car has the LED headlights. I don't like how "yellow" the fog lights compared to the headlights. Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction or a simple plug and play style bulb or kit to change out me stockers Thanks in Advance

But the "yellow" color is the best temp for actual fog/bad driving conditions.

I recently picked up some H11 bulbs with 30 SMD LEDs on them. From just plugging them into a 12v source, they're extremely bright and very white looking (very similar to my truck's 4300K HID bulbs). I should be picking up my V next weekend and those will be going in right away, so I can take pics and let you know how well the color matches.

I am also looking to upgrade but not sure which one should I buy. They are really hard to match, and the available Led replacements are just not bright enough for me. I am not a big fan of HIDs but I am considering them, may be a 6000 K will do the trick. Again I am not really sure.

I had been running a 3000k set of HID's in my fogs for quite awhile now and loved them. decided I was getting tired of the yellow look and decided to buy 6000k replacement bulbs. I bought the kit on Ebay for what was about $80 initially with shipping and it would have been cheaper but decided to get the slim line ballast. Orangemika is the seller and it's a great kit and he's a great seller. None the less, switched it for a set of 6000k to get closer to matching the LED headlights and I really like these. The bulbs were $28 for the pair and figured they were cheap enough if I didn't like them I would just set them aside. They are great. Super bright, lights up road signs very well and have them adjusted to not blind people. For little more than something like Silverstar's or PiAA's would cost the output is far superior. Hope this helps. I'd post pics, but I'm in a cast and getting out to take pics is a little difficult for me right now.

Great!!! How close are they with the LED headlights color? Are they a bit bluer? I was thinking to buy the same color and brand as you did!
    Thanks

The 6000k are a touch more blue but it gives it a real crisp looking light. I love them. You won't go wrong especially for the price. Will be buying them for our Highlander when we get it this summer. Great product. Not sure if he has 5000k, but would be worth checking out if you want to be more dead on with the color temp, but I personally like the look of the HID's more than the LED headlights. Glad I could help.
