Treo 650 suddenly not pairing unless on

    Hello,
    I had my Treo 650 working fabulously with the Prius, and I love them both. However, over the past 2 weeks or so, I get the "Blue tooth connection failed" message. It sometimes will be successful after I have been driving awhile, and it works if I turn the phone on while the car is on. But is used to connect when the phone was off. Has anyone else had this problem and/or does anyone know how to fix it. I don't think I changed anything in either the phone or car settings.

    I know this is pretty late for a reply for you, but if you are still having a problem, this is what I discovered. I would leave it trusted device, but you will also want to leave it discoverable, both of these are Treo 650 options. I also find that I need to sometimes (like once a month) reselect the phone on the prius MFD, by using the settings select phone device menu option.
