No difference to mine afterward. It drives exactly the same.

As mentioned here: http://priuschat.com/forums/gen-iii...oftware-update-experiences-2.html#post1060861 - kinda thinking there is a slight difference now in sensitivity. First impression was after ~5 miles. Now 30+ miles later, I'm starting to notice.

Not really in a bad way - just different and probably more "conventional" feeling.

From a "hardware" perspective, still lacks the connected to the calipers feel, but at least the response is a bit more "realistic" which should appease some reviewers and driving enthusiasts.

After my Prius was reflashed, it felt like I had new brakes installed. The brakes grabbed sooner as I hit the brake pedal.

Now having the fix almost two week, I think the braking distances have shortened.

I am going to get my Gtech Pro and measure the stopping distances from 60MPH. I will post soon.

Hey, I used to have a Gtech as well! My friend and I used to test our quarter-mile times with mine. I sold it, also I don't think it'll be much use on my Prius. :)

I used it to time my 1994 supercharged Mustang GT. It had a dyno tested 433 RWHP and would run 11.7 @ 116MPH at the track. I have since sold the stang as the gas was killing me. It's hard not to drive fast with that much power under the hood.

My 67 GTO would still have taken you --in 67. Why did we ever get rid of those cars?

I am sure the GTO was fast but could it brake and handle corners? :D

I sold my Mustang as I hardly ever drove it, it wouldn't fit my entire family (4 kids & wife) and it was uncomfortable to drive long distances. The suspension was tuned to handle but that came at the expense of ride comfort. Every bump felt like my kidneys were being punched - OUCH!

I had my service done last Wednesday.
Seems to brake a little different - more like an unhybrid.
Haven't experienced the brake problem since.

Going in today. Figured I'll do this at the dealership closest to my house. (Never got a letter from Toyota, btw.)

Done! No muss no fuss. Took less than hour. Only cost $200.
