[font=Comic Sans MS:20f6e55420]I only have 5K miles on my Silver Cloud. My wife sure has Prius envy! We have big dogs, so she's sticking with her Sienna for now, but when the time comes, if she doesn't get a hybrid Sienna, she's getting a Prius. I plan to keep my Prius forever, but when the fuel-cell model comes out, maybe I'll get that one.[/font:20f6e55420]

Hmmmm...would I buy a Prius again? If only Toyota addresses the crappy stereo system, rough ride and high NVH levels. I would definately buy another hybrid car for sure, though. The GS hybrid or next generation Accord Hybrid is potentially a winner.

I most definitely would buy another one. Hopefully in 10 years or so once my current one is due for replacement they have a PHEV Prius out that gets 150+ mpg.

And if, God forbid, something were to happen to Priuscilla in the meantime, I would not hesitate to replace her with another Prius, and it will be another Package #6 (or equivalent 2006+) with gray interior.

Yes...and it's on order right now! An '05 Silver AM to join ranks with our '04 Seaside AM, probably within 2 weeks now.

Toyota is so far ahead of the competition right now. HSD is better than anything out there. Prius is the best car out there, bar none. This fourm proves it, the sales figures prove it, the wait lists prove it.

My wife is currently driving an '03 Regal. She loves that car. Because it's an '03, because we pretty much just got it, and because she likes the size of the vehicle, she's in no hurry to give it up for a Prius.

But when she heard that the HyCam would be coming out, she offered, "I think I could be convinced to get one of those."

So the question was "Would you" and I said yes without hesitation. However, if the question were "Will you" I would have to say no because our next car will be a HyCam.

Absolutely...however, if I continue at ~7Kmiles/year, I'll be at least 100 years old when my 2005 Pkg 6 Seaside Pearl starts to show its age.... 8)

Yes was the one best answer for me but if we (the car and I) treat each other well would I ever need another car? I love this car.

When I need another one what will be out there? Who would have known I would be part of a Prius gang now? This is progressive stuff. And if humanity doesn't wipe itself out somehow, more amazing things will come.

What bothers me is the proliferation of all vehicles, more people, more drivers, more places to go, and all those damn brakelights in front of us.

Yes, with over 16k miles in 8 months, much more than I anticipated driving,
I like the hatchback, mileage over 50 mpg, the fact that you can run the
air conditioner in a parking lot without using (all the time), the internal
combustion engine, which creates more heat. I like the tight steering radius
and the feel of the electrically assisted steering, which feels the same
throughout the turn. I like changing my oil every 5000 vs 3000 miles.
I like the auto-AC feature which adjusts the fan with the temperature.

I would definitely buy a Prius again. I was rather surprised to purchase a hybrid, but the more I researched the concept the more it made sense. It makes a lot more sense than the high horsepower over weight SUVs driving around!

I went ahead and voted yes I would, even though it is unlikely I will. The next car will definitely be a hybrid (and almost certainly a Toyota hybrid). By the time we get around to buying our next car, we will be starting a family, so we are thinking possibly the HiCamry (I wouldn't mind a little extra legroom up front).

If we had the money, no doubt I would buy another. Great bang for you buck with all of it's features for under $28K.

I have had my Prius for almost a year and have 17k on it and still love the car. I will get another, in fact I may get one for my wife to drive she really like the comfort in the Prius.

YES! My husband wants a Salsa one to complement the Silver. We can't afford it right now. I love the car and find it hard to live without the gadgets when I'm in a normal vehicle. This happens more and more often since my husband has taken over "my" Prius!

hah and i think the ride in the prius is way too mushy and was thinking that i'd love it if they tightened it up a bit and make it so you don't float around curves. the stereo doesnt bother me either way.

i asked my husband the other day if he would buy a prius if he needed to buy a new car (he has a '99 mitsubishi eclipse gs-t ((turbo))) and even a sports car lover like him can appreciate a prius. he said he would definately get one. maybe by that time there will be reasonable mods available for tightening up the suspension.

To be honest, I wasn't 100% convinced I was going to say yes to this but then I drove my wife's car for a couple weeks and after getting premium gas a couple times I fell in love all over again with my Prius! Although, having a sports car is a lot of fun, you can only go as fast as the bloke in front of you and that usually means 10mph most of the time for me... So yes, I think I would get a Prius again. Now the real question is - would I buy a SECOND Prius? If they open up the carpool lanes here (and hurry up and finish the one on the freeway I use) then I sure will buy a second one... Black and put some nice black rims on it with a polished lip... 8)

Man, my opinion on the Prius keeps flip-flopping! I've been driving the Prius this week, as I drove the Lexus all last week. At first, I can't stand the roughness of the Prius compared to the Lexus, but after a while I get used to it, and when I drive the Lexus, I feel it's too soft! Even with the driver adjustable suspension set to the stiffest setting. They both have their pros & cons. I wouldn't get rid of both of them....at least until the ES or GS hybrids come out!

I'll trade it in on the plug-in Prius. I hope Toyota (GM should be bought out by Toyota) comes out with it. Now I think about it, Why would Toyota buy GM? Just a stupid thought.
