nah, i worked at grocery stores. they get paid by manufacturers to process coupons. its a pain to organize, but it is a money making venture if managed properly

There a a lot of members from the NE on the his site and some of the best coupons are from the NE.

Not many stores, but sometimes individual cashiers can be troublesome. I think it is usually jealosy.

There is a section in the classes titled. Profiling your cashiers. It talks about which cashier to check out with and how to develope a relationship with your store/cashiers. That is 95% of the battle.

As a note of interest, at several stores, my son orders in advance. The stores love it and open a seperate cashier for him, and them bring a pallet or two out for him directly to his car.

As in anything, it is wise to get a working relationship with your store.

There lots of coupons in the northeast. The Sunday papers are full of them. I think Nathan re-inspired my wife. We went shopping at Shoprite yesterday and she saved $80 using coupons.

    LOL!!!
I thought my wife could shop...she pales in comparison.

You also need a lot of storage space for your finds!

Shh. I'll give you a tip. You can buy lightly used designer stuff on ebay for a tenth of the original cost. No coupons needed.

That's terrific, bestmapman! He does have some amazing math skills, too.

There were years in my life where I was pretty avid. Now, however, the only coupons I use is for organic products that I use. I tend to avoid most processed, packaged "food" items, which is a lot of what coupons are for, and we shop farmer's markets, and the food co-op (where I do use coupons when I can).
