According to Weathertech, the product is "in stock", but we're still seeing shipping times of around 14 days. If Weathertech would let us stock their products in our warehouse, we would.

I've read this entire thread and I can't find a single picture of the bisque interior with tan mats.

As far as delivery goes, I already ordered and my car is in the body shop getting fixed.

I'm just wondering how it will look in my car.

    Thanks in advance!

Mine is also bisque. I chose light grey and I think they look fine. The tan would also work in the front and 2nd row, since the carpet and plastic sides have a tan hint to them, but the cargo area on all Prius' are light grey, so I selected grey. I was even considering a non matched set with tan up front and grey for cargo.

It was a tough decision. I even drove over to their office in Downers Grove and placed both colors in the car and still couldn't make up my mind. I don't think you can go wrong between the two.

I appreciate the input. Does the tan match up with the sides or carpet?

I really just need to see it. As sad as it is, I don't even have my car to look at right now since it is at a body shop already......

I guess I could just wait for my car to get fixed ..... :faint:

Neither exactly match. Yet either will look OK. I know that doesn't help much. I only chose grey since I went with the cargo mat and that tipped the balance to keep all the same color.

There are bits of grey and tan in the carpet of the bisque interior. Not that it matters since the carpet will be obscured by the mats.

I installed the Weathertech "Digital Fit" floor mats in our 2010 Prius IV. We have the grey leather interior and ordered the mats in black. Past expirience indicates Weathertech mats in ligher colors shows a lot of dirt and debris. The black looks great, and the fit is perfect!

Why you want good floor mats

So I was attending to some papers I had placed on the back seat, glanced down and saw this today:

I had an extra Mobile One 0w20 quart, sealed, and in a plastic bag on the floor, left over from the last oil change at the dealer. I even checked that the cap was tight after I left the dealer. The quart had ruptured and the oil spilled through the plastic bag. Good thing the rear floor mats completely contained the mess. Some paper towels, cat litter to soak up the remaining oil later - and good as new.

Yeah. I know. I had a quart of oil on the floor. Not smart. But it could easily have been a bottle of cranberry juice or something else that would have ruined the carpet.

I wonder how expensive it would have been to replace the light grey carpet in the bisque interior?

whoa! it sure paid for itself already. That's why we purchased it even though it costs a bit much. But it will last for the life of the car, so not so bad...

The rear mats do a good job. The front drive mat does not. If you lose a quart of any fluid on the driver side mat it would leak all over the carpert.

    Clear Vinyl Mats !

I immediately removed the hideous looking Non-Matching Black floor mats once I got my 2010 Prius with Bisque interior home from the dealer. Incidentally, Black carpet is the worst showing every little grain of sand or crumb dropped on them like they were a neon sign. So not only don't they match anything in your new cars interior, they look worse over time, requiring constant vacuuming.

I went to an AID auto store bought some clear vinyl mats, cut them to fit using some metal cutting shears, drilled them for the stock OEM drivers side hold downs, and then for added safety applied HD Velcrow to the underside at 3 contact points so they adhere, and yet can still be removed from, the stock light colored carpeting that Toyota installs in the Prius. They are incapable of movement, and completely safe, and they look great, like they were made for the car.

Because they were not a custom made or Toyota product they were cheap, and yet they are a great improvement over the stock black carpet mats that match nothing in my white car.

Did you end up ordering tan mats? I too am surprised there are no pix of tan with the bisque interior. Trying to decide on it myself.

    Hey all...

Well, I took the plunge. I order the cargo mat in Grey for my black Prius with the grey interior. I live in central Texas, so we don't have the snow, slush, etc weather people in the north have (originally from NY...Long Island, so I know what it is like). So I am waiting to see if I need to get the mats for the first and second row, but the cargo area seemed important.

Just my 2cents... I ordered gray weathertech floor liners for my sienna and it got dirty quick. Alot of the dirt stayed on even after scrubbing. Now it looks like crap after less than a year.

I have the black set for my priusII/dark gray interior and all I needed was a quick spray and wipe down with the hose.

Rob, just so you know, the grey cargo liners are currently on back-order with Weathertech. Not sure of an ETA right now, but hopefully it won't be very long until they ship.

    Thanks Danny...

I am in no great rush, but hopefully they can come in before mid-June. I am going on vacation and don't want it sitting at my front door while I am away.

Hmmm....I should have asked this before I ordered the cargo liner, but oh well:

Do you have to remove the carpet that lifts in the cargo area in order for the Weathertech liner to fit properly, or can you put that on top of the existing carpet in the cargo area?

(I would really prefer to keep the carpet with the liner on top, but I cannot tell from drmalone's picture on page 3 if the carpet is removed or the liner is on top).

    Thanks...
    Rob.

Fits right on top of the carpet.

They can but don't fit well unless factory mats are removed. Evidently the digital fit scan was made without any mats. I tried the passenger side first and it looked lumpy. Took the mat out and it fit perfectly. The drivers side uses the same retainers as the OEM mats so it would be difficult to install over them.
