20 miles, which included my test drive. I figured someone test drove it before me. :)

Mine had 21 miles on it when I picked it up. Someone else had ordered it then changed their mind, so even though I walked into the dealership to look at it for the first time on Saturday, I was able to drive it home that afternoon!

My 2010 Prius III from Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland had 2 miles showing when I took possession. And, one of those cam from the service mgr's driving it about a mile just to be sure he didn't see anything which needed to be taken care of. Not bad at all.

Ours came to us with 5 miles on the odometer and a full tank of fuel. We got it on Friday Sep 11th, about three weeks after placing our order. We ordered it not long after the Cash for Clunkers program ended and ALL of the smaller Toyota cars, including Prius', in the whole area had been sold. It was unloaded from its ship in Portland, OR late on Saturday the 5th and arrived at our dealer via truck the evening before we got it. They did what they have to do at the local dealer, then test drove it before we picked it up. I think we were the only customers who ever drove it.

So the dealers allowed a Transport Driver to USE your car rather than them pay for a car carrier to carry your new car to you. Somehow I have to wonder who came out ahead on such a deal.:(

So rather than maintain the New Car integrity of YOUR New Prius, they, The NEw Car Dealers, saved Theirr Money and avoided paying for a car carrier to transport your car those 70 miles. Instead a minimum wage Transport Driver drove your car for the first time instead of you. That is indeed generous of you !:)

Mine had like 100 and I was kinda upset about that but after we signed the papers the guy told me it had 400 miles on it. I was like Wth how could it have 400 miles!!!! when he looked it had only 100 and he was like oops! you need to be careful as the finance paperwork shows 400 so you get 300 miles for free LOL. so all warranty stuff starts after that. this was a dealer trade as well. and I guess a lot of people took it for a test drive.
