    Hi
I had my 2010 prius at a dealership today for the ABS brake actuator ECU reprogramming.
After I picked it up, I wanted to get the feeling for braking to see if I notice anything different.
Everything was fine until a point where I was stopped at a red light and I stepped on the brake pedal all the way. Suddenly the traction control light was on and the brakes locked up for about 2 seconds.
I can reproduce this each time I'm stationary and push on the brake real hard.
Now, I don't know if this is a normal behavior as I've never tried to step hard on the brakes all the way before.
Can someone who has a 2010 model confirm if this is normal?
It seems a bit suspicious but I don't want to go back and leave my car at a dealership if this is not an issue.
Thanks in advance for any help.

It's called "hill holder" and it's normal. It's for when stoped on a hill and gives you time to move your foot from the brake to the gas pedal.
