    You can make your lease payments 0 with enough cash down.
    And, it depends on the region, state, and county for the tax and title fees. Drive offs are the first payment + the license fee. A state with a $50 license fee is able to apply more $$ against the actual depreciation of the car vs. handing it to the state for license fees. Your Boston payments are not relevant in that they also require the buyer to fork over the bank fee of 650. It's in the small print.

    These days, it's easier for someone to find an extra $20 - $30 bucks a month to make their car payment work than to try and find $2000 extra cash for an emergency or surprise. I'd always suggest the minimum drives.

    Leased a car from Dianne and Jane on Saturday. Highly recommended! Jane ultimately took care of my wife and I. She patiently sat with us explaining all the cars functions and worked tirelessly to get us a great deal. Great service great deal. Thank you Dianne and Jane!

    everyone seems to praise dianne so much that i feel compelled to give another viewpoint. after doing tons of research on the forums, diannes name kept coming up so i very much looked forward to meeting with her and anticipated buying my new prius from manhatten beach. however, i ended up walking out and not even bothering to return.

    3 huge reasons why i am unhappy:

    1) she never actually answered any of my private messages or called when she said she would. ive already brought this up to her in more private messages which she has just been ignoring.

    2) the quote nate and manhatten beach gave me was ridiculously high. i mean, i ended up getting a base III for cheaper than their base II price!!!

    3) when i brought up issues 1) and 2) with them and asked how they wanted to fix this situation, more snubbing...no reponse or anything.

    oh well, i took my business elsewhere (santa monica toyota) and got a much better deal. dont be fooled...

    I am out of town on an emergency.

    The phone #'s on my posts - especially for the inventory - also include Nate and Jane, so calling one of them would have been wise.

    We were completely out of base III' s this week so pricing for one of them from me would have been futile. I have always felt the lease for a base III was better than a base II because of the better audio and bluetooth.

    Any chance you might have reached Nate or Jane? Probably, but...anyway ... it's good that you located a car that worked for you. From what I can see via my cel phone and email, your dramatics were a 24 hour thing. You emailed me, called, and posted a private message here - all within in a few hour period.

    I'm unsure why the drama ... but I guess I'll explain why I was incommunicado. One of my best friends' husbands dropped dead of a heart attack (he was 46) and I jumped in the car after working all day Memorial Day and drove straight thru to Oregon to be HERE (in Oregon till June 3rd) for her. At least for a few days.
