    Hi all -

I have a Motorola Q9c, which I'm now using as my media player (since my iPod kicked the bucket). I've found that when as I'm getting in my car with the phone playing music, and the bluetooth kicks in (for the phone), the sound stops from the music (though it's still playing).

I've got the non-nav version, and I've got the phone paired, but the stereo headset won't pair (dealer says that feature's not available on the particular model I purchased!?!).

Am I missing something to have multiple pairings?

    Thanks in advance!
    James

You need the 2010 Prius Factory NAV package to get bluetooth streaming audio via A2DP.

I bought the same car as you--JBL upgrade w/telephone steering wheel controls (Model III), hoping there would be an aftermarket A2DP module for less than $100 that I could install on my factory radio. I called Crutchfield this morning and the rep I spoke with said he wasn't aware of any add-on module at present.

So, the search continues. I'm considering adding a new HU w/BT, NAV, A2DP, etc., but that's going to be $600+ and that's why I paid the $1,000 extra for the Model III--so I wouldn't have to do that...

Hope that answers your question and prompts someone else to offer up a really neat solution for us!
