PAC interface

    Did the wife's JVC KW-NT1 install tonight. I left the PAC box and white wire hanging below the dash above the gas petel for now. Where is the plug/harness that the white wire goes into? I couldn't locate it.

    Didn't really say where the factory plug is located. I orginally thought the harness was located at the steering wheel. But I'm now thinking that it might have been one of the 2 plugs that pluged into the factory HU that didn't get used with the new AM HU.

    All needed connectors are behind the original unit, except the wiring for reverse trigger signal.

    Yes - the cable you need (steering) is behind the radio. From memory, it is the cable you do not use (not the one yuo plugged in - for power, speakers etc etc). You need to tap it (Radio Shack has smaller sized wire splices that snap on).

    I got very good detailed instructions from PAC. They are on the website and have one for the Prius. Also you can call them..
