Hi guys... ive just bought a non going nwh10 and the first step was to fit a new 12v battery, then i ran the on board charger and she fired up.....now i have the red warning triangle on the dash and the car with the line through it on the MFD....ive hooked up a launch system to it and got these codes C2500,C2540,C2573 and C2579....now the first one is "block voltage failure" second one is "Cell voltage failure" third one is "high voltage drop failure" and the last is "Uniform charge request"...so the question i have for you guys is where do i go from here?
any help would be greatly appreciated

I think the best internet group for NHW10 is the yahoo group called Mk1_Prius. There are several Aussies there. As with all yahoo gouprs, you must join, but it's pretty painless. Good luck -

:)Basicly your main battery is out of balance and needs an Equilization charge, this is a issue only with the NHW10 cars. To carry this out you need access to an OEM scan tool called an S2000. This is due to the cells haveing a self discharge problem if the car is sat around, for even a short while. The other C#### DTC's are a knock-on affect of the C2579 code issue.
