    Hi Guys!

I just picked up a beautiful 2007 Prius package #5 and I'm looking to spiff up the suspension a little bit.

I'm interested in the Touring suspension but want to know exactly what is the exact difference between the base vs Touring suspension other than the larger wheels. Toyota tends to say its a "tuned Euro" suspension but does this mean the front/rear shocks/springs as well as the anti-roll bars are all different?

I'm asking because I came across the following at JuicedHybrid. It claims to sell the Touring suspension but its only including the Front Anti-Sway bar, along with rear springs/struts. Is this in fact the main suspension difference?

    Thanks!

quite honestly... i'm not surprised if it is. i'd look into aftermarket shocks/springs if i were you. i know sigmaautomotive.com has some prius things there, but i doubt it's the cheapest option out there.

You omitted to include the Touring's larger Rear Anti-Sway bar.

In summary, the Touring suspension has the following parts that are different from your 2007 standard suspension:

    1. Larger front anti-sway bar (a/k/a stabilizer bar).

    2. Larger rear anti-sway bar (a/k/a stabilizer bar).

    3. Different rear springs (in fact, I believe they are softer).

    4. Different rear struts (I don't know if they're softer or harder).

And of course, the Touring has 16" wheels with 195/55R16 tires.
