New Gen II owner

    Hi everyone. I just bought a 2009 Prius. I have read hundreds of posts but feel a complete newbie. So happy to be a member of this forum.

    My new baby has 25,000 miles. I love it already.

    I do love it so far. We had planned on getting a new one in a couple of years but this one came up and we decided to grab it.

    It has cloth seats which we don't care for and it has a hint of smoke as if someone smoked in it at least once. I'll search here for solutions to that. We also want to get some seat covers to protect the seats. It is in good shape and we would like to keep it that way.

    I can't wait to fill it up and reset the odometers and see what kind of mileage I can get. The tires were low, mid-30's, so I brought them up to spec. We have a mint condition 2003 PT Cruiser but my wife and I compete for the Prius. It is fun to drive.
