I just purchased a 2007 Prius recently, and I have noticed that my headlights are so bright, many people flash their lights at me, thinking my brights are on. Has anyone else experienced this?
Check them for level (which you can adjust), and also check the autoleveling device, located at the left rear axle area. It is known to fail in older models, and can be repaired or replaced. Search the site for "auto-level" and you will probably find good discussions.
