No. You would have to physically install various hardware including the nav unit which lives under the driver's seat and the nav antenna which lives under the instrument panel. Unless the MFD already has a backup camera feature installed, the MFD would have to be switched to a higher resolution model.

This is how I installed a Magellan GPS in my Honda Fit. The suction mount is attached to the small front quarter window. You can do the same in the small front quarter window of the Prius. Much more economical than trying to install and in-dash unit, and may models have real-time traffic and bluetooth hands free built in.

I looked into a GPS while I was shopping for my Prius and read the opinions here that it's really not worth it. I'd have to agree if you compare any in-dash system to a online/updated GPS system they can't compare. More often the software upgrades are extremely expensive and they are priced like that because you're stuck over a barrel. Personally I can survive without one for a while. I'm looking to pick up a smaller tablet with a data plan coming this fall or early next year. That way I can have my GPS and a host of other functions in the car as well as in my house.

My cellphone has excellent GPS and I mount it exactly as Paul58 did with his GPS unit. It works and it's out of the way.
