Is the Shark Fin Antenna worth getting?

    Absolutely. Not one problem with reception. Picked up a Oregon AM radio station on a recent trip to LA.
    I would use Visual Garage. Service was perfect & responsive.

    Thanks for all the info and information on your trials and tribulations McMaster....

    Believe it or not it was worth it. Wanna see pics of your car with the new Sharkfin.

    Im dying to order mine!!

    (any thoughts by anyone - on going with a different color sharkfin on the car - I have silver, and thought of going with the metallic grey).???

    Haha no problem. It wasn't so much trials and tribulations, it was more like "I'm waiting...I'm waiting...I'm waiting...ok WTH, I'm buying this thing," lol. Now I can't wait and I will definitely post pictures.

    As for your question, I really think the matching silver fin would look the most OEM and the best. A dark gray fin on a silver car would look like you just got the color wrong, or it wasn't made to order. Now, I have seen a lot of black fins on lighter color Priuses (white, silver), and that could work particularly if you also did a black or carbon fiber roof. Keep in mind however that this color scheme changes the entire look of your car into a more 'drifter/racing' style.
