these i sell in my shop for 20 a pair, but since I love this car so much, it dont really matter how much I spend on it.

i got 10 of these bulbs in my car now,
    2X front dome light
    2X front door light
    1X middle rear dome light
    2X rear map light
    1X trunk light
    2X license plate light

    so everything is about $120

Do I see an RX-7 in the background? oh right the lights ;)....

Does your festoon bulb fit? The ones I ordered from superleds are supposedly 3022 but they're a super tight fit (i.e. I have to bend the metal a bit to get the bulbs to fit)

I love the LED's inside. I did my map lights but not the rear dome. I'm interested to know as well did yours fit tight as well. Maybe if they all do I'll just go ahead and stop waiting for a good fit one and order the one off superbrightleds as well...

Tandy22, can you provide the make and model of the lights you used? I keep seeing these threads and want to do it to my car as well. Every time my aunt and uncle stop by in their several year old Chrysler minivan with all factory LEDs inside, I wonder why on earth the Prius, with all of its technology, is still using incandescent bulbs...

My wife would kill me if I install blue-ish white lights all over the car. She's so accustomed to the yellowish lighting that any other colour means defective. I tried to replace some light bulbs in the house with LED lights and I got killed once. I don't wish to die one more time in the car (sigh).

They're really tight. Took me 5 mins to install the cargo light (because the switch kept moving the metal band). THe dome was easier cause nothing moved. Best to find one that fits better.

They do have LEDs in "natural white". My cargo area light is natural white LED. Looks very close to the stock light bulb in colour but brighter.

when i installed the led lights i had to push the metal bend it a little. if you want to install you're stock lights back on, just bend it back. :)

hi tideland prius! the car you see in the background is an 85' nissan 300zx, original paint in very very good condition too!! its a customers car.

Are you sure it's an 85? What's the manufacture date? I remember that the 300ZX made in 84 used 4 lug rims. In 85 they changed it to 5 lug rims.

    Tandy,

What kind of aftermarket mirror is that you have installed over your rear-view mirror? Is it flat or concave?

    to cproaudio,
i'm not sure exactly when the production date was, the owner claimed that it was 85, and when i checked and order the parts which needed to be replaced on this car, the part for all z31 fairlday z, so, 84 or 85... only way to know is if the car comes back for another job, and we check the production date.

hi creaky, this is the Broadway mirror. its not a convex mirror, however, i do sell this, and the convex ones too. also, we have a mirror, also by broadway that has a swivel end, so you would be able to see you're blind spots too.

    nice meeting you two!
