 Don't think you will be able to see anything like that at night. I ment to say I see it with my own eyes. Oh and I don't recomend getting obsessed with watching it. I may turn it on or forget to sometimes. And it won't run on weekends. That's my little disclaimer.
OMG, THIS is TOO funny! For some odd reason, I'm drawn into watching the Prius! SPECTACULAR, absolutely SPECTACULAR!
See, I knew this would happen. I release all responsibility for anyone's obsessive need to watch my Christine (in the dark). She may become the most downloaded Prius model on the web. B)
Mystery Squid, I'm becoming obsessed with knowing why Bill is an option for many of your polls.
Ok, I'll let you in on that secrect: Because he put the HSD logo on his forehead. I figured anyone that would do such, take a picture of themselves like that, AND post it on the internet, is a pretty cool guy with a sense of flair and humor.
------------------------------------------------------------------- Considering the circumstances I did not go through my insurance company and paid for the repairs myself. I might consider that webcam idea though....
I'm not obsessed. I merely rushed out and got seatcovers, dashboard cover, steering wheel cover, MFD Sun Hood, floormats, Mr. Clean Car Wash system (deluxe model), Turtle Wax squeegee, custom car cover, cargo tote (am I talking too fast for you, Doctor?), new BT cell phone, joined the Prius Club of San Diego, joined 2 Yahoo email groups, joined PriusChat, joined PriusOnline...
I'm obsessed...and I don't even have my car yet! Everytime my husband walks into the room and he sees me on the computer, he says, "Oh, not another one of your car websites again!". I have been obsessing for a few months now...I can't get enough of the wonder that is the Prius! I can only imagine it getting worse upon delivery of my very own...
Let's see - last night I DREAMED that somebody had smashed in our Prius' front and rear windows. That's not obsession, is it? (On the plus side - in the dream I didn't go nearly as ballistic as I probably would in real life.)
With respect to aaf709's post, I now spend more waking moments thinking of "gifts" I can give MYSELF, in the form of Prius, ahem, accessories, than I fret over what to get my family members for Christmas. Or my cats for toys and treats. How low can you go... ::skulks off in abject shame::
You bring up an interesting point... Conversely, the Prius is the first car I've ever had where I really don't want to modify, or get too many accessories for. Maybe it's because over the years, I think almost every vehicle I've owned, I've either done major mechanical modifications, or body modifications. Just last weekend I was going to wire in 700w amp/subwoofer into my Prii, but decided against it.
I am not obsessed! No not me. My wife however made the mistake of saying that the Prius was costing us a lot of money. I think the recent purchase of the block heater pushed her over the edge. After all it was just 68 dollars Canadian, and with all those funny colors and a coin called the loony that hardly counts as an expenditure, does it! I think not. So I put together a 3 hours Keynote presentation with video, linked spread sheets, for her to really understand this whole thing. I can't explain it she walked out after 3 min. Go figure.
Night clubs in the SCV? Who knew? I've lived in Santa Clarita since 1990, and the idea that the area was anything other than a overgrown bedroom community never occurred to me. Then again... Maybe I'm just getting old
Did you explain to her that with the tax break and the money you'll save on gas in---::works calculator::--er, 400,000 miles, the HSD and your mods will be covered? gotta love a coin called a loonie! y'all southerners know what a loonie is?
I work in Hollywierd and was refering to the clubs between Hollywood and Sunset. Right now I'm listening to music from a fair. Not on purpose but it's quite loud even with the windows closed.
