Prius Struck by Lightning...Prius Guru..Please help!

Update on this Prius --

The Short was caused by the antennae and once I removed that the short went away and power was restored back to the rest of the Dome fuse. The FOB automatic door opener and alarm started to work and the door lights and inner lights started to work as normal.....however...

I am unable to communicate with the ECU's with an ODBII scanner. The brake lights keeps coming on and the ABS Main fuse keeps blowing the 10A fuse. I put in a 30A fuse just to see what it would do and it keeps on whirling and I can hear the ABS Main Relay clicking back and forth.

My next step is to replace the gateway ECU and see if I can't communicate with the car. What do you guys think?
