-When you can tell when the Prius is in EV, glide, or with the ICE on without having to look at the MFD
-When you find it weird hearing the gear change in conventional automatic cars
-when you find it weird that not all cars have a stop-start system
-when you haven't driven a conventional car for longer than an hour in your lifetime...

... I keep poking the dash of my work car to shut the car down. (Doh, a key!)

... I try to apply the park brake in the work car with my left foot!

... I want to know what the outside temperature is and there is no display in my other cars.

... The normal size steering wheel in other cars feels like a bus steering wheel.

I never really realised it but, the Prius has got a smallish steering wheel in comparison to other cars

i also know i've been in a Prius too long when...

    - I literally stress about getting bad economy (i know, how stupid)
    - i dont know how to start a conventional automatic car
    - the only car i'd get if i had unlimited money would be a loaded '10 Prius

    Hey, Dolce_Vita,

I'll bet you also never realized that your steering wheel is NOT round, but an oval instead. Test this by focusing on something on the dash (while NOT driving) that is near the edge of your line of sight between your eyes & the spot you choose on the dash. Depending on whether you choose something at the 12 o'clock position or the 3 or 9 o'clock positions, that spot will either get covered or show more of a gap when you turn the steering wheel 90 degrees. Who'd a thunk it, huh?

You have to keep getting yesterdays jeans out of the dirty clothes to dig out the key fob you left in the key pocket.

    1. You notice you have to weed-eat around your gas hog pickup (happened to me).
    2. Your gas hog pickup hasn't been started in a month and the battery is now dead.

    - You go for your 95K tire rotation and the tech asks if you'd like them to check the brakes and you say "Naw, just had them checked 40K ago and they're not even half worn yet."

When a transmission jerk in an automatic catches you off guard.

After buying our first Lexus we were amazed at how "smooth" the transmission was. You could barely feel it. Riding in other cars, even Toyotas, it was obvious how much work went into making it not feel jerky. Now after driving the Prius and getting back in the RX, every subtle jerk annoys me...
