Is it my phone or the car

    I just purchased a new samsung android phone and i have only had my prius for few weeks. The phone wont automaticley link up evreytime and a most of the time (80%)people that call me or that i call cant hear me I hear them fine or when they can hear me the quality is poor I had the sprint guy look at it and he couldnt figure it out what should I do? thanks

    Try this: unpair the phone, delete it from the the car (phone and music player profiles), and power off the car and phone. After a minute or so, re-pair the phone.

    thats what the guy at the sprint shop did and still doing the same thing.thanks i will try it again

    Haven't had A problem with my Evo pairing, but I've only had the car for a week. I have heard complaints that I'm not loud enough. I found a thread on here with instructions for increasing the Bluetooth mic sensitivity through some backdoor menu on the nav. You might search for that.

    I would see if you can borrow a friends phone and see if the BT link works OK with it...... if the problem duplicates across more than one phone, would probably be a problem with you car's BT system.
