I have researched and researched, joined here and lurked, read the owner's manual, etc. and I am ready to pull the trigger on the purchase of a 2010 II or III.

Any recommendations on a Toyota Dealer in the Dayton, Ohio area that has a good service department and is willing to deal on price a bit?

My experience with the three Dayton dealers is that they are basically the same except one tries harder than the others to sell you things you do not need. Look out of town (east, north, west, south) but in Ohio for better deals. Service is not an issue for first few years anyway - 2-3 oil changes and tire rotations every 5k.

We JUST bought ours from Airport Toyota in Vandalia. They didn't have the exact model I wanted, but they delivered it from Toyota Direct in Columbus.
Used USAA pricing which made everything easier and had a very positive experience.
I even used their service department today to change out the tires and the service length wait was the exact time they estimated (1.5 hours). Free subs, soda, popcorn, coffee and hd tv to entertain. I was too busy reading my new owners manual. =)
Every employee we came into contact with was very professional and courteous. From the initial meeting of the salesman, to the gen manager, to the signing rep there was no feeling of trickery or typical slimyness you sometimes feel from car salesmen.
Maybe it was a positive experience because we used USAA for pricing, but I would buy from there again. The employees and great price we got sure made a difference.
Ask for Ben or Ron - they are GREAT.
