How's this for a Price on a Used Prius II?

Didn't check kbb, nada and edmunds, but I'll bet it's close.

Check finish on the car - I saw a certified in a Toyota showroom that hab very noticeable micro-marring in the finish. Look in the light, if see circular marring all over, not good. Not that this is Toyota's fault, but guarantee you I've seen it on a vehicle before. Like 1 year old too. IIRC, it was Matrix.

Plenty of Prius owner out there more than willing to go through gas station auto car washes with plastic bristles that scratch the crap out of car's clear coat.

 

Do you think it will sell? @ grand more for a 2011? H

 

not a bad price - I paid $18800 for my II 6 months ago with 11k.

I'd guess high, but it really depends on your market. 2 weeks ago, I bought a 2010 Prius V w/nav (but not the advanced tech package) for $19,900. It had 20,000 miles on it.

 

If you want a G2, then it is probably a good buy! Very low mileage for age. You will probably get it for less with some dickering I am sure? H

 

Or worse, circular marring all over on brand new dark-colored Lexus with 0-10 miles thanks to improper dealer prep. I was shocked to see a number of them at the dealer, especially on black cars.

 

Just as a frame of reference, I got a 2008 Touring (leather, NAV, etc) for $17 with 24K miles.

I have seen 2010's still advertised locally, new for $20,900.

Of course, it does depend on your market.

 

For another $1,500.00 I got a brand new 2010 II. Have you seen the Carfax on the vehicle you are looking at? Most of the 2010s out there are former rental cars.
