    Hello,
So I installed a Alpine IVA-W505 and I installed the SWI-Jack and programed it perfectly. Everything worked. But I took out my alpine and out my stock radio back. Then I changed my mind and put my Alpine back in few months later.
I thought it would still have the program saved but it didn't so I tried to reprogram it. But the PAC doesn't seem to reconize the steering wheel controls. This is how far I got

Hold button, turn car to ON, release button (erase everything)
Press button once (for Alpine), the PAC flashed once, turned off my car
Turned car to ON, PAC flashed once to say it was on Alpine
The radio setting arrow was pointed at #1
press button, light is solid, press and hold volume up on wheel, light stays on...(it suppose to go off and back to solid when I release the volume up button)

So it seems like the PAC isn't recognizing my wheel. Everything is plugged in and wired right. So idk what's wrong....

    Can anyone help?

Sounds like a question for PAC technical support.

Yeah but different cars most times have different solutions. So its always better to ask others who have the same car, if they experienced the same kind of problem. If not then of course I will ask PAC tech support.
