University of California Irvine Energy Invitational at Willow Springs Raceway

    UC Irvine's second energy invitational is to take place at willowsprings this year. this competition's goal is to see how far one can go in a specific time frame with one dollars worth of fuel whether it be electric, cng, or gas. the competition is open to all who wish to participate (University race teams, enthusiasts, Formula SAE and Formula Hybrid teams, hobbyists, inventors, and OEM ). entry fee is 150 for two days at willow springs. the event will consist of an obstacle course to challenge your car's ability to use fuel efficiently. if any of you guys are interested or know someone who might be interested feel free to join us. even if you don't have a very fuel efficient car you can enter to get some cheap track time. registration link below:
