Any suggestions on where to locate the switches for heated seats?

How about next to the SKS turnoff button? Or if you don't have an EV button, next to the dimmer.

that'd make it tough on the passenger to turn that seat on or off. most aftermarket installations put a switch on the outboard side of each seat.

Ah, another spec: Passengers need access to the switch controlling the heat on their seat. Not many options there. Maybe on the seat itself, maybe in the cubby under the radio.

How about putting both on the center pedestal right below the middle of the dash.
Driver on the left, passenger on the right. No better convenient place.

Thanks for the help...Maybe my '06 package #8 will come with heated seats and I won't have to worry about getting them installed after-market...thanks again...

I doubt it - there has been no indication of heated seats in any of the literature from Toyota.
