    I'm looking at:

2011 SCION TC OEM 18" WHEELS & TIRES

Will these fit on a 2007 Base Prius without any issues? Also, if I get springs that lower the car 1.5 inches, will this be an issue?

yes, but your mpg will go to shit..

it might be a little tight to drop it, i have scion 17's with 215/45 and it fills in the gap fine..

if you upsize to 18s or even 17s then you definitely need a good drop to balance the look.

How do I know how much I can safely drop/wheel size though. I don't want to buy them and realize it's not going to work.

I highly suggest buying the springs before you get new rims/tires. If you REALLY want to do it right I suggest coilovers - that way you can also adjust the height if needed.

Oh by the way, to test wheel size go to a rim place. They'll help you figure out what fits and doesn't fit, again, after you've dropped the car.

The 2011 Scion TC 18" will NOT fit the Prius, if you're talking about the new model TC, without modification to the existing bolt pattern. Toyota/Scion changed out the bolt pattern to 5x114.3. The Prius and Gen I TC have a 5x100 bolt pattern.

But if you are going with the Gen I TC rims (even the upsized 18" TRD rims), they will fit without rubbing issues. Use this calculator to determine how much space you have to deal with:

What about fender rolling? From what I've seen, 17" seems to be the largest before you must start rolling those fenders.

No the Gen II Prius can go up to 18x8.5 but it looks severely disproportioned unless slammed.
