Yes I checked the fuses today. They are all good. Heres how i checked it:
I powered on the car/engine and waited a few minutes for the engine to go quiet, put my ear to the seat and pressed the lumbar button back and forth a few times. I can hear a noise for only 1 second, but no inflation or deflation in the area where it's supposed to bulge.
Will the dealer fix it under warranty? I have 21k miles.

Mine inflates correctly. Be careful that some who post on this forum will attempt to tell you that if it doesn't happen with their car then you must be "out of touch" with reality to think that it happens to your car. Take care of the problem. I might add that your dealership might take this same "it must just be you" approach.

Let dealer to check it out. It is covered by warranty.
BTW - the lumbar support is a mechanical one, no air pressure.
