my prius's turn signals are gone. also when I locked or unlocked with remote they don't blink either. If I go to dealer they will charge $250 for diagnose. Is it fuse or something else? What if I go regular shop, can they fixed?

Could be something else but the first thing I would check is the fuse. I know your next question is going to be "where is it?" Specifically, I can't tell you because I don't know but I'd pull and check every fuse to see if it's blown.

I do know there are two fuse boxes......one in the engine and one above where your left foot rests inside the car. This may be incorrect but it may be the "hazard" fuse. Not sure what fuse box it's in but it's a 10 amp fuse.

Perhaps the problem could also be your flasher relay.

I have fixed. it was fuse. there is a print behind the fuse box. it shows all the fuses. hazard fuse controls that and yes it is 10 amper. I paid $7 for 5 fuses.
