Excited. I found a 2007 with 90K and Package 5 navigation (wasn't on my "must have" list but will be very nice to have). Thanks to you guys I did not buy the extended warranty.

Any recommendations on what, if anything, to check out in my thirty days warranty allotted by the lemon law?

Congrats on your new Prius. Assuming you live in MA. explain the 30 day warranty lemon law you reference.

Pretty simple. The Dealer is on the hook for full cost of labor and parts for any "defect" -- basically the entire engine system, automatic transmission, drive axle system, brakes, hydraulics, electric EXCEPT the battery, :(steering system and radiator.

This is good for 30 day and keeps them from not disclosing something they knew about on the lot.

The dealer I'm dealing with (IRA in Tewksbury, for any of you locals reading) has a pretty good reputation and they're BIG.

    Thanks
