eh...unless the kits are molded which seem impossible to find anymore (basically replacing pieces with pieces already wrapped in CF) then they look tacky and ricey...

nothing looks worse to me than stick on vinyl on a dash....esp in the heat when they warp and lift and fade out....

I thought about to wrap the roof, too... But worry about the heat from sunshine... Would it be a problem ?

If you did something to the roof, I'd consider a vinyl wrap or very glossy cf. However, the thing to be chary of is if anything happens to the wrap in the future, you'll have to do it again because the roof paint may discolor unevenly.

I like 3M Di-Noc and it is good stuff but it's made for inside use and has a limited life outside, particularly on horizontal surfaces that get the full blast of the sun.

For a major outside job you should consider a wrap made for exterior use.

I'm thinking about wrapping my dash and armrests with cf. Is there any easy way to access these panels without ripping the dash apart. I'm thinking it'd be higher quality craftsmanship if I could wrap the cf around the corners of the plastic pieces, rather than stick it on just the surface (like this guy did).

    What would you recommend? Thanks!

Good alternative to painting emblems - never understood why people like chipped doo-dads on their cars. This keeps it clean.

^I was like, "where's the hood??" But then I remembered you live in HK. That is a cute little car and the cf looks good.

Great to see the modding community out in full force this morning. (I can't keep reading about oil changes!)

I tried to wrap the hood at the beggining. But then just felt that was ugly.
So move to the upper part as that part was black originally, changed to CF doesn't affect the whole outlook of the car. :)

Looks great! Any experience with how well the CF sticker holds up to weathering? I go from rain in LA, snow in Yosemite to blazing (110 F) heat and sun in Palm Springs. I'd love to wrap my spoiler, bumpers, and roof with it.

jeep2prius, after serveral days heavy rain and sun shine under 34C, the sticker still in good condition. There is no snow in my place, so, can't tell you about it under snow.:(
3M states that the di-noc sticker can be used for outdoor for 4 years, indoor for 10years.

My other post (changed the mirrors and wrapped my spoiler):

Someone's got to be selling these ready made stickers by now right?
