    umm...gotta consider the time of the year...pretty busy for everyone all the way around. plus good business practice gives cust a "worst case scenario" for delivery that way if its a week early, cust feels good

    Ok, I quickly received my updated unit today and it works with the video ipod.

    On that note, does anyone know how to flip to playlists higher than 12?

    Yes while on 12 push and hold the UP button on the steering wheel and it will go to 13, repeat as needed.

    How do I determine the firmware version number on my AIC? I just got mine a few days ago and have barely even taken it out of the box.

    OK, just spoke to Eugene, and mine has v3.48 firmware, so it's going to be sent off today to be flashed to v3.50.

    Then I just wait until January when my '06 arrives...
