Radio interference

Yesterday I was wearing a bluetooth device, which was on, as were my cell phone and car radio. Before I stopped the car (I think), I turned off the bluetooth and then turned off the phone after I turned off the motor to the car. Today, my radio doesn't work. I tried turning on the bluetooth and cell phone in the car, and then turned them off to see if the radio would work, but the action was to no avail. I can plug in an auxiliary device and get sound through the speakers, but nothing from the radio. This happened once before and something I tried fixed it, but I can't remember how the situation resolved itself. My guess is there's some sort of interference involving the bluetooth signal and the radio signal, but knowing that isn't fixing the problem. Has anyone seen this and figured out how to remedy it?

 

Once again, I fixed it and I have no idea how...just tried a lot of combinations of cell phone on, bluetooth on, turn both off, turn off engine, restart car.
