Prius fixed with Mitsubishi ETC -Ep 700 detachable antenna- what do I do with this

    recently I bought a 2008 prius from Japan and it cam with a Mitsubishi ETC EP 700 detachable antenna. I am not sure how this works. Can some one help me to figure this out. I have not seen or used to this. There is a card slot also in this. What do I do with this? can I use this in Sri Lanka?

    I think by now you have come to know that it is a Electronic Toll Collection System Unit. I too have that in my Prius.
