Replica wheel cover

    I need to replace two of my wheel covers and I don't want to pay the high dealer price for them. So, I decided to check ebay. They have a set($40) and individual($13) replica prius wheel covers listed. They look exactly like OEM wheel covers except there is no Toyota logo in the center. Has anyone here tried these?

    I haven't tried these particular ones.

    But I and several other Gen II owners have the chrome replica wheel covers:

    Judging from the chrome replica wheel covers I have for my Prius and my niece's Camry, they seem to be substantially the same quality as the OEM covers.

    If I were in your shoes, I would get the 4-set of replica wheel covers.

    Nobody will notice, especially when you are moving. The wheel covers help MPGs quite a bit. I would try to save a few bucks because the OEM covers cost quite a bit.

    Ebay has the set for $40, and the chromed set for about $50.

    I'm sure they look fine. I'm wondering if they fit as good as the OEM wheel covers.

    I have a full set that I took off my Gen III right after purchasing the car if anyone wants them. I will take $15 plus shipping each or $50 plus shipping for the all four.

    Do those chromed wheelskins on ebay, etc. fit the 2012 Gen III? Some ads say yes and some say no.
