Now, now, burritos is an MD, and should know better than to use common english instead of medical argot. "nm" in this context is clearly a necrotized mistatement.

Were burritos a bureaucrat, he'd be using euphemisms, like non-operative message, or negated memorandum.

But this tendency to use plain english like never mind sets a bad precedent, which to preserve the customary opaque obfuscatoriness of most of Fred's fare should be nullified 'mmediately.
