Looks great. I love the leather!

I'd recommend lowering it to complete the look but I hear that is not a great idea for NY streets. :D

Really? And here I thought it looked classy, not trashy! Oh well. I guess it's all relative. Relative to some of "low riders" round these parts, she is classy! I can always pop the wheel covers back on. LOL!

    :p

She does look classy but a bit high in the legs if you will. lol

Lowering the Prius doesn't make it a lowrider. There is still wheel well gap but it cleans up the lines and greatly enhances the handling of the car. It is a night and day difference. It basically starts feeling like a sports car rather than a tuna boat. lol

Have you seen what the Prius Plus Package looks like? It is lowered from the factory.

Mine is lowered but its not THAT low. No enough so that I have to drive around in a wife beater shirt and a bandana. :p

Besides, with enough miles, your GenII's springs will start sagging so bad that it is basically lowered but without the handling benefit. lol

LOL F8L. I didn't know about the sport package. They do look great! But alas, as you have suggested, not a great idea for NY streets. I have to update my profile. My car (the car documented to begin this thread) is a Gen III (December 2011 production model). And, as you suggest, I'm certain that the springs will come down just fine on their own with my 6' 4" 260 pound frame weighing her down in no time

Remind me never to tick you off. My 6'3" 180lb. frame is built for speed, and that is about it. lol

I like the interior. Did you do the doors and seats yourself? I'm thinking up updating to a contrasting color on the door panels (and adding some padding), but worry about attaching the panels back in, since they are in place with the melted posts.

Thanks for the compliment. All of the leather work was done by Superior Auto Restyling, a family owned car upholstery and sunroof business on Long Island. They have been in business for the last 30 years. They came highly recommended, and the leather work is impeccable! Anyone in the New York tri-State area, feel free to message me for my contact there.

The contrast (charcoal/dove grey) on the seats and with the door inserts is simply stunning. Pics don't do it justice.

Thanks again for the wonderful compliment!

Liqucel inserts. Thin layer of gel pads under the leather. The seats are just awesome!
