    After 20 yrs service, I retired from the Navy nearly 14 yrs ago ... I've been mostly voluntarily unemployed since then; I'm mostly a stay-at-home dad as our daughter has "special needs".

    My wife is a CNA and has been working at the same Senior Care Facility since we located here from San Diego about 13 yrs ago.

    Here's hoping all WILL go well for you in this regard ... keep us updated; OK?

    7th Grade Social Studies Teacher

    Fourth year teaching topics in the Middle Ages (roughly 500-1500) including the history, culture and society of the people. Favorite topic to teach the students is religion. (Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Shinto) :D

    One of my sons had that job in the Marines, for a satcom company stateside, and twice as a civilian contractor in Iraq. Now he's in school working towards a Dr. of physical therapy degree. I used to be the defacto "District network consultant" for a computer vendor in the days before ethernet. Yes, I'm an old fart.

    (so far being retired means I attend fewer meeting, not work fewer hours. Before I retired I was a Oracle DBA, Network Administrator and Programmer at a gold mine in Nevada)
