    Just made an offer of $12,300 at a local dealership. Will be taking delivery in a week once the formal paper-work and financing is done.

    2007 Toyota Prius(RED colour) with approx, 90,000 miles.

    Get gas at two pips when your loved ones are in the car. When driving solo, you can go down to one pip so long as you never have to explain why you ran out. If that one pip ever flashes, get gas NOW. Trust me.

    Am already considering if I need to put-in a wood dash trim etc:D

    Also, for oil changes = what do you recommend? a Toyota dealership or my trusted local mechanic!

    Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

    I received some initial paperwork from the dealership and it says the Prius is a 'regular' or 'standard' one rather than a 'touring' edition.

    Is there a mileage or performance difference between the two?

    A bit disappointed but still happy & excited to be soon driving a Prius! :D
