Hey everyone. I have a 2011 Prius IV and have noticed the power mirror controls have no backlighting. Is this correct or do I have a light out?

No, that was factored into the weight savings. Entire ounce!

It didn't needed because you can navigate the buttons just by feeling.

I kept looking at it and just felt like that control should be lit! The one right next to it is lit and it made it look as though it was burned out. Thanks for the info everyone. Guess I'll have to trade it in for a 2012 now. :)

same thing happened to me I went back to the dealer to complain the bulb was burnt!!

Toyota saved a lot of money eliminating the light LOL first car I have owned with a bunch of buttons in the dark including the auto mirror home link buttons!!

I guess Toyota didn't want the light depleting the battery. If the '12 switch is lit, I wonder if the fit is retro.
