Hi Everyone-New guy here. I just received my new Rosen system this morning for my 2011 Prius II and have everything already installed. I paid extra for the ipod cable from ADC mobile, plugged the ipod cable directly to the back of the HU, and plugged in my 3rd Generation ipod nano, and NOTHING. The ipod charges, but the rosen system cannot find it. I even took apart the dash again and re-seeded the plug into the unit, double checked the connections, and still nothing. Am I doing something wrong? Is there an option in settings that I need to play with? Everything else seems to be working perfect, this is just the last piece of the puzzle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

May not fix the problem, but it's worth a try. Try resetting your IPOD. On my IPOD, you slide hold button off, on, off. Then you hold middle button and top button on the click wheel at the same time for around 10 seconds until you get the apple icon.

Hey everyone, I just got off the phone with Walt at ADC Mobile and described the situation. He looked into it, made some quick phone calls, and got back to me within 15 minutes. It turns out Rosen sent me the wrong cable. The one they sent was white without a little adapter box that is needed to identify the ipod contents. Walt let me know they will send one out ASAP and I should be receiving it tomorrow.

Also, I wanted to let everyone know I put the order in for the the unit last friday from ADC mobile and it arrived the next morning. Overall, great customer service/support from Walt at ADC Mobile, if anyone else is considering this unit (And they should, I love it so far, I-go Primo is awesome and the unit looks 100% OEM) Give Walt a call and see what he can do for you.
