My 2010 is due for its 20,000 mi./2 yr. "Green check-up" and they do an oil change and filter and check the car for ??

Anyway, they want $225 for this? Has anyone done this, and if so, is that what they charged, or am I being ripped-off?

They should tell you exactly what they check/change. One would assume they follow the maintenance schedule that you should have a copy of.

If you ask for any mileage specific service -- 5K, 10K, 20K, whatever --
the dealer has service packages that include all sorts of things you don't
    need, and shouldn't pay for.

No matter what the milage on the car, ask for only an oil change with
new filter and tire rotation. Period. That's all you neeed to do to maintain
    your warranties.

Should cost ~$50, with synthetic oil a bit more.

Both the cabin filter and intake air filter are very easy to replace on your
own when needed. Should be checked at the service interval, but
replaced only when needed depending on where you live; dust, bugs, etc.

At this point I don't really care what they're supposedly going to be doing. For $225, it is too much any way you look at it.

A Green check-up means they want to see how much money they can take from your wallet.

LOL they check how much green they can scam from your wallet!!!! Read your owners manual and follow it, don't let sales people "service advicers" that make commision tell you how to service a Toyota, let Toyota.
