    We took ours off

The silver wheels with silver body looks OK I guess. We then visited my Dad in California (he's 82) and did the same with his Blizzard White Gen III Prius. I think the hidden wheels with the white looks better than ours does.

MPG hit? Haven't noticed anything. I'm guessing if there is a hit it's miniscule. As one person commented, probably feet per gallon (fpg).

I took mine off and it looks like that car ^^^. I have classic silver (no washing necessary).

I had to resurrect this thread after I picked up the center caps from my Toyota dealer. I removed the hubcaps and thought "Hmm, the wheels seem to look bigger with the hubcaps v. the bare alloys." The next day I saw a black Gen III driving through a parking lot with a missing hubcap on the front wheel and the hubcap in place on the rear wheel. The appearance reinforced my thought that someone at Toyota looked at the 15" alloys and decided that hubcaps were needed to make the wheels look bigger.

This helped me decide to have my winter tires mounted on the factory 15" wheels and buy some 16s or 17s next spring.

My vote times two. Both my wife's and my Prius sport bare wheels with Gen 2 center caps from Metro Toyota.

I took them off, like the way they look. Picked up the caps at toyota dealer.

My only concern is i notice some electronics maybe its the tire sensors,That would normally be covered up with wheel covers. i wonder if having the covers off will expose them to the elements and rust them?

By the way, I ordered center caps for the Yaris off of Ebay and they fit perfectly and were a lot cheaper (from China).

Could you folks post a link to the eBay seller please? Unless it was just a one-time sale. There are at least a couple of guys who seem to have ongoing sales of the Yaris-style center caps...

I couldn't find any more of the $8 or $11 shipped ones. I paid $26 shipped for 4 Yaris center caps.

I bought these center caps from sticker. However, now they say they do fit the Prius (probably because I sent them an email telling them). But they raised their price to $30 shipped.

    $30 shipped? Highway robbery! ;)
That's getting awful close to half of what I'd pay at the dealership 4 miles away instead of the 'Be Scratch A little' caps from the other side of the planet.

I have about 30,000 miles with them off. Cumulative MPG (calculated) is 55.1. I see no purpose in them at all.

No scratches on the ones I got. But I did have to wait 2 weeks to get them.

Took them off my 2014 Prius V after a month or so of purchasing. Still get great mileage. Bought 62mm Toyota center caps on ebay for $4 each! ebay.ca/itm/4PCS-FOR-Toyota-Corolla-Venza-Solara-Sienna-Avalon-Camry-Wheel-Center-Cap-Hub-62-/232347289598?fits=Model%3APrius+V&hash=item3618fa47fe:g:W-gAAOSw5VFWMePF&vxp=mtr
