Prius V takes the reins from the old Prius | Wheels.ca

If any informed Prius owners would like to help educate this "journalist" and perhaps help his paper to refrain from spreading misleading information, please feel free to respond in the comments following his article.

Ah, dudes off. I checked. Prius v is $5k more than Mazda 5 (not $10k US), but it's a Prius, not a Mazda. Prius is smart, not a stupid, turn it on, stays on, conventional car.

Geez, how fast does this guy need to go? Stupid Mazda 5 will not get more than 25 at the pump, unless you sling on the highway constantly. Betcha Prius v gives me 44 MPG day in and out at the pump.

I'll take the 'reduced performance' of the v. I know how to drive. Don't need an accelerator to make up for driving deficiencies.

    :p
