Every time I've gone to my dealer's parts department windown and asked for a couple of crush washers, they have just given me a couple, not bothering to write up the ticket for <$2 wirth of stuff.

Ok, I had bought 10 OEM washers and OEM plastic gaskets already.. I just was confused. So there is a metal washer to go with.. I didn't use one last time on my oil change, I'll have to get some for the next oil change.

There is no plastic gasket that goes with the crush washer for the oil drain plug. Only a metal crush washer.

Be aware as your Prius approaches 100XXX miles its a good idea to buy a new oil pan dump bolt too. There sacrificial and wear out. And a worn out bolt can mess up the pan.
