Removing painted pinstripes from 2011 Prius

Well, the pinstripes are off! The car looks good as new. (Better than new, really... since "new" included the pinstripes!)

@bedrock8x, you are right, they were trying to charge people $199 for them, I noticed on the price sheets in the windows of other cars on the lot yesterday. They didn't try to pull that on me, at least... I would have laughed in their face.

@JimN, good point, if I was buying locally, I would certainly have waited till it was done to my satisfaction to actually sign on the line. But we bought the car 2.5 hours from where we live, which kind of put me in a difficult position. There are definitely downsides to not buying locally (but the money I saved made it worthwhile in the end).
