Just having fun. Every time I think about the choice I laugh to myself and want to post something satiric. Nuff said.

All you really needed was one of these: SoundRacer

(but, I fear this many not work on the Prius, since it seems to depend on alternator noise to sense engine speed).

I've got a feeling a lot of people are clinging on to old memories of Fiat when it left North America. It would be akin to me saying that the Prius is a rust bucket and you're silly to own one because I remember Toyotas and Hondas rusted through in the '80s.

Yes, exactly, I had a Fiat Punto as a rental car once, it was a perfectly nice car. My only criticism was one the Prius shares: the body shape makes it hard to see where the corners of the car are, making it hard to park in tight spaces until you get used to it.

Fiat, like the rest of the car industry, makes better cars today than they did in the 70's and 80's. Remember too all the Pintos and Vegas, etc. that were made here.

My assertion is that it is decidedly unsexy, regardless of the sex appeal of the Prius. The thought that a kid would think a car that looks like a 96 Taurus wagon looks sexy was just funny to me, that is all.
