Rosen Help

So, I actually went to the trouble of finding an authorized Rosen dealer in the area and had them do the install for the Rosen in my wife's Prius. 3 days after we had gotten it installed it has started acting wonky. When she turns the car on, the screen boots up as normal and you can do the Nav and change radio stations, but there is no sound from any feature and the physical buttons on the side don't light up anymore. Also, when you go to the satellite radio, it won't change channels or anything. I did a hard reset of the system, and now everything is back to default, but I can't even get the radio ID to come up for the Sirius, and there is still no sound coming from the system.

Has anyone else had this problem, or know what the problem is?

She does have the JBL system and the convertor cable.

 

FYI for anyone else who has this problem, my wife took the car back to the shop where we had it installed and the harness was touching a resistor and causing the short. So if any of you all have a problem like this, check that
