I want to lower my Prius Gen 3 with a 1" drop. I wanted to know if the front camber is adjustable on this vehicle.

From past experience with other vehicles, a lowering of suspension would create negative camber and would wear out the insides of the tires.

Is this the same case with the Prius'?

Front camber is adjustable by changing a couple of bolts on each side. They are standard Toyota parts and available from dealers.

Edit: There are also aftermarket eccentric bolts that allow you to adjust the camber by turning the bolts.

My experience is that a 1.5" drop with Tanabe NF-210 springs doesn't change the camber a bit. I had the alignment checked after the spring install. More drop probably will.
